To purchase your Christmas voucher, please click the link to access our secure payment page via Paypal with debit or credit card (you do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal) Once your payment is processed, we will confirm your booking and send you a voucher via email. Your voucher is valid throughout 2026. When you are ready to book just get in touch, we will provide all the necessary details and arrange a call to discuss your session and ensure you are fully prepared for your amazing experience with The Portrait Boutique Cardiff.

Can I buy extra products and images?

Yes! Upgrades like additional outfits, albums, wall art are available to purchase at your viewing appointment.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand life just happens sometimes. Please note there may be an extra charge to reschedule our hair and makeup stylists. We ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice and reschedules must be taken within 6 weeks of the original date, subject to availability.

When will I receive my photos?

You will be invited to view your images and select your favourites within 1 week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of products.
